At Abodio, you are always in full control of your information. By default, everything you add to your Abodio account is completely private—only you can see the details of your assets, spaces, and maintenance tasks.

However, we know that managing a home often involves working with others. That’s why Abodio gives you the flexibility to choose who can access specific information:

• Share with Service Providers: You can choose to share selected assets or spaces with trusted service providers to make it easier for them to help you. For example, you might share your HVAC system details with your heating technician. You can revoke access at any time—you stay in control.
• Add Family Members or Caregivers: You can also invite family members, partners, or caregivers to your Abodio account. This allows them to help manage home tasks, track maintenance, or stay informed about important details.
