How To Share Details Of Your Home With Service Providers

One of the most powerful features of AbodioHub is that we make it very easy for you to share details of your home with others, whether that's your family members, your friends or your service providers. IN this article we'll address how you can share details with your Service Providers, so they have all the details when they get to your home

Option 1: Share a QR code

When a Service Provider gets to your home, you can show them the QR code of your asset, which you can generate here:

e QR code links directly to your particularly asset. the Service provider will not be able to see any other parts of yout home or AbodioHub profile. Having the details of your asset is helpful for them to see the full context of yout home. .

Option 2: Give access to your asset detail

For Service Providers that come regularly to your home to your home or about to start a job on your home, it's very helpful for them and for you that they have all the necessary details of the assets and are able to update maintenance records on the work they've done. Therefore we created the Sharing access feature.

On your Asset detail page, you will find the Sharing tab. If you click on the Share access button on the right side of the screen as highlighted below, you'll get a pop up that allows you to select which one(s) of your preferred Service Providers can have access to this particular asset.

What details can Service Providers see?

When you share access to your asset with a Service Provider, they'll be able to see you asset details, the maintenance schedule and are able to add and update maintenance records as well. They can see the links and documents you have uploaded, but will not be able to upload their own documents, only images related to a maintenance task.
