How to Change Between Quarterly or Annual Plans


Who this is for: Abodio users looking to update their subscription preferences.


You can change your subscription plan at any time in just a few clicks. Whether you prefer the flexibility of monthly billing or want to save with a quarterly or annual option, Abodio makes it easy to manage your subscription directly from your settings.


How to Switch Your Plan


  1. From your main dashboard, go to the bottom-left corner of your screen and click Settings (gear icon)

  1. In the Settings menu, click the Billing tab at the top

  1. You’ll see your current plan along with the other available options:

  1. Click Change Plan under the option you’d like to switch to

  1. Enter or confirm your payment details

  1. Click Confirm to complete your plan change


Your new plan will go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.


A Few Helpful Notes


  • Switching plans won’t affect your access or saved home information

  • Your 25% discount for additional homes still applies across all plans

  • All plans include unlimited spaces, smart maintenance tracking, and premium support
