# Adding Space Details: Paint Colors, Dimensions & Flooring Details

# Adding Space Details: Paint Colors, Dimensions & Floor Details

AbodioHub is designed to give you full control over the details of your home—not just your assets, but the **spaces** they live in. By adding information like **paint colors**, **room dimensions**, and **flooring types**, you’re building a rich, organized profile of your home that pays off in big ways over time.

### Why Add Space Details?

Including specific details about each room or area in your home helps you:

#### 🛠️ Make Repairs Easier

* Need to touch up a wall? Knowing the **exact paint color and finish** saves time and ensures a perfect match.

* Replacing damaged flooring? Having the **floor material and product name** makes ordering new sections simple.

#### 💵 Get More Accurate Estimates

* Service providers can quote more accurately if they know the **dimensions** and **floor type** of a space ahead of time.

* Helps avoid repeat visits or change orders when professionals already have the key info.

#### 📝 Track Home Improvements

* Keep a record of past updates—like when a room was painted or flooring was replaced.

* Makes it easier to plan future projects and track home value over time.

#### 🏡 Stay Organized When Managing Multiple Spaces

* Whether it’s your living room, shed, basement, or attic, you can keep each space’s details easily accessible.

* *### What You Can Add

When editing or adding a space in AbodioHub, you can include:

* **Paint color & brand** (e.g., Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace, eggshell finish)

* **Flooring type & product** (e.g., engineered oak, tile, carpet)

* **Room dimensions** (length, width, and ceiling height)

* **Custom notes** (e.g., “outlet behind couch,” “built-in shelving from 2019,” etc.)

You can even attach photos to help document layout or highlight key features.
