We're excited to announce a number of exciting new features to help you manage your home more seamlessly

Invite Family Members & Friends to Join Your Home

You can now invite as many people in your household or friends and family to manage your home, all free of charge.

By inviting others people to co-manage your home, you can all have access to the same information, like how do I call to fix the leaking faucet. .

To invite others to your home, navigate to the Shared tab on your My Home screen as shown in the image below:

Add New Assets Even Quicker With AI

We've made it a lot easier for you to add an asset to your home. After uploading some images, our AI will identify what type of asset it is and understand the make and model number if you include an image of the product label. This eliminates the need for typing in long make and model numbers. You can still add an asset manually if you prefer.

Use Our AI to Troubleshoot Any Issues With Your Home

We already gave you the opportunity to use AI to create a custom maintenance plan for each asset in your home to prevent things from breaking down, but we can now also help you if you do experience an issue. Using all the data we have about your asset, including manuals, spec sheets and other online resources, our Ai will help you find the answers in no time. Give it a try!

Get A Personalized Home Maintenance Plan

In addition to providing you customized maintenance plans for each asset, Abodio can now create a personalized home care plan for your entire home. We use all the information we have about your home, such as where it is located, how old it is, what type of assets you have to create a monthly calendar of things you could do to maintain your home.
